Download: Apple Has Finally Released iOS 17.5 For The iPhone [Changelog]

iOS 17.5 and iPadOS 17.5 updates are finally here and all users can download it right now. The latest update comes almost a week after the company seeded the release of candidate builds of the platforms to developers. The company has also seeded release notes for the update, detailing everything that has changed.

iPhone and iPad users can now download and install iOS 17.5 and iPadOS 17.5 updates

iOS 17.5 is a solid update over iOS 17.4.1 as it brings various improvements to certain aspects of the operating system. It is also possibly the last major update ahead of iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 unveiling next month. You can install the update on your iPhone or iPad by heading over to the Settings app on your iPhone. Now, navigate to General > Software Update and follow the instructions on the screen to install the update

iOS 17.5 update brings a plethora of novelties to the table with improvements in Apple News and Tracking Notifications. However, users in the EU will be able to download apps from the web, without the App Store acting as a medium. The changes will also be available on the iPad as well. – Offline mode in Apple News+ gives you access to the Today feed and News+ tab, even when you don’t have an internet connection
– Quartiles is a new and original daily word game that is now available in Apple News+
– Scoreboard in News+ Puzzles gives you access to new player data for Crossword, Mini Crossword and Quartiles, including stats and streaks

Tracking Notifications
– Cross-Platform Tracking Detection delivers notifications to users if a compatible Bluetooth tracker they do not own is moving with them, regardless of what operating system the device is paired with
